Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 lb extra firm tofu, cubed
1 tsp cornstarch
Recipe Steps
Combine first 6 ingredients in large plastic bag.
Add tofu, marinate 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Remove tofu from bag, reserve marinade.
Combine marinade and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Put tofu on a foil lined baking sheet. Cook 15 minutes.
Brush 1/2 cup marinade over tofu.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Add remaining marinade mixture to tofu.
Serve hot.
