Ingredients
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup cashews (roasted, unsalted)
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp dried coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp peanut butter
Recipe Steps
Pulse raisins, cranberries, cashews, water, and coconut in food processor until chopped.
Add honey, and peanut buter.
Pulse until mixture comes together.
Form into 16 1 ounce balls.
Store in refrigerator or freezer.
