Helen's Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients
16 oz tri-color pasta
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white balsamic or sherry vinegar
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp Italian Dressing Mix (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
1 tbsp mustard
Black olives
Roasted red peppers
Grape tomatoes
Scallions
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Zucchini
Yellow squash
Recipe Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine olive oil, vinegars, mustard, and Italian dressing mix.
Chop vegetables. Steam or roast broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, and squash.
Combine everything in large bowl.
Serve at room temperature.
