Ingredients
2 cup vegetable broth
2 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dried thyme or 1 tsp fresh
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp water
1/4 cup soymilk
Recipe Steps
Combine all ingredients, except cornstarch and soymilk, in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, add cornstarch mixture.
Boil, whisking, until sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk, do not allow to boil.
Serve hot.
