Ingredients
2 cups almond milk (or 1 cup milk, 1 cup vegan yogurt)
1 tsp cider vinegar
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar (or 2 tbsp for savory waffles)
1/4 cup oil
Recipe Steps
Preheat waffle iron.
Mix almond milk and vinegar.
Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add milk and oil.
Mix together until fairly smooth.
Cook according to waffle iron directions.
