Ingredients
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 1/2 lbs baby bok choy, sliced
1/4 tsp red peppers flakes
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Soy sauce (To taste.)
Recipe Steps
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil.
Add garlic, cook 10 seconds.
Add bok choy, cook, stirring frequently, about 4 minutes.
Add red pepper flakes and sesame oil.
Season to taste with soy sauce.
