Crispy Gnocchi with Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts
1 lemon
4 Tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 18 ounce package gluten free shelf stable gnocchi
6 Tbsp vegan butter
1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup or sugar
Vegan parmesan cheese
Recipe Steps
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
In a large pan, heat olive over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and peper. Cook undisturbed in single layer until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Add red pepper flakes. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes.
Move Brussels sprouts to a large bowl. In the same skillet, heat remaining olive oil. Cook gnocchi, 2 to 4 minutes, in single layer. Add butter and honey. Cook until butter is browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in Brussels sprouts.
Can add additional vegetables. Can make w/o butter.
