Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
2 1/2 Tbsp potato flour
2 tsp xanthan gum
2 1/2 Tbsp tapicoa flour
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp paprika
2 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
2 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp tamari
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup pureed beans
Recipe Steps
Preheat oven to 350.
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until a dough forms. Remove from mixer and form into a roll.
Wrap the roll tightly in foil. Bake for one hour. Flip over and bake for another 50 minutes.
Allow the roll to cool before unwrapping.
Carefully slice (slices will be fragile). Pan fry in a small amount of oil.
