Ingredients
1 pound super firm tofu (or extra firm, pressed)
1 T gluten free soy sauce or tamari
1-2 T vegan mayo (optional, but helps coating to stick)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1 t Italian seasoning (optional, used Spices Inc spaghetti seasoning)
1/2 t paprika
1 t salt
Recipe Steps
Cut tofu intro cubes and marinate with soy sauce and mayo for 20 minutes (place tofu in plastic container and shake)
Combine coating ingredients in a bowl.
Coat tofu with coating (add to plastic container and shake)
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
